In the auditorium of Collegium Novum at the Jagiellonian University, a new extra-faculty unit was officially inaugurated. The Jagiellonian Centre for Research on the Berlin Collections will focus on the unique holdings of exceptional importance to the world's cultural heritage.

Digital humanities initiatives focused on the digital processing of manuscripts and metadata were presented at an international interdisciplinary conference organized as part of the DiHeLib project. The event took place at the Jagiellonian Library in Kraków.
